Apply for Support Services
International Researchers and the PIC of their host department can apply for the support services offered by the International Support Center by following these 3 easy steps:

Go to the online application form from the button below, and complete the application form.
Step 2 : Confirmation
International Support Center will confirm the details of your application.
In the case where we receive application from the international researchers themselves, we will then confirm their status with the university as well as the support services requirement with the host department.
Step 3:
Scheduling & Providing Support
JTB will directly contact the applicants to confirm the details.
Following the first correspondence, JTB will then be making the arrangement which covers confirmation of support dates and meeting up with the international researcher to provide the support services required.
All correspondences will be shared with all PIC from the host departments via e-mail Cc.
