Learn Japanese for the Workplace – Free Course by JICE

Are you interested in building your Japanese language skills appropriate for the workplace? The Japan International Cooperation Center (JICE) is offering a free course through Hello Work that is designed specifically for international residents who want to enhance their communication in professional settings.

Japanese Language for Work (しごとのためのにほんご)

This course provides essential training in Japanese for job searching (求職活動), daily communication in workplace settings (はたらく場面), business etiquette, and professional practices in Japan.

Course Dates: June 23 – August 8, 2025
 Time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
 Location: Tokyo Electron Hall Miyagi, Room 604 (5 minutes on foot from Kōtōdai-Kōen Station)
 Cost: Free of charge

A placement test is required before enrollment.
 Test Date: June 18, 2025, at 9:30 AM
 Application Deadline: June 16, 2025
 How to Apply: Please register through your nearest Hello Work (ハローワーク) office.
